Lacey's Ballet Recital

Lacey performed in her 4th ballet recital yesterday! As always, it was so very adorable!! She absolutely loves taking ballet and always looks so happy performing the dances. Of course, in typical Lacey fashion, she doesn't always love all the attention she gets afterward... and maybe one of these days we'll be able to settle to her liking, but it's hard to contain ourselves when she's just so cute!

This recital was different from the previous three because Ms. Jamie, the teacher that Lacey started with, had to move in the middle of the spring session. We were very sad to see her go-- she was not only Lacey's ballet teacher, but a good friend of mine and our kids played great together. :(  We definitely miss them!  The recital went well and, most importantly, Lacey had the time of her life.

We're so proud! I hope she continues to love ballet as much as she does now because we just love watching her perform! This will be our last session at the YMCA and we'll start with a new school in the fall. We love our little dancer!!
