CIRCUS!!!!

The main event!
Mike and I took the kids to the Shriner's Circus. They had quite a lot of fun! Of course, they requested to ride big smelly animals again...

Kaden, Haylee, and Grace opted for the camel this year...

While Kyra's love for the elephant led her back to it's big grey rear end. She didn't want to go alone, of course, so there's Mike, sitting on an elephant. Priceless! Sadly, these pics didn't come out very well... this is the only one that turned out at all.

There were lions and tigers and bears, oh my! Trapeze artists, contortionists, and clowns. Popcorn, cotton candy, and chocolate. And somehow, the kids managed to sucker Uncle Mike into getting light sabers for them. While most of us sane people would not spend money on poorly made and overly priced toys that will certainly break before they get home, Mike is indeed a sucker. All a child needs to do is ask, and he's on it. Perhaps this is why these kids enjoy him so much! Here they are playing with their new weapons in the back yard while Lacey, who did not get a light saber, found something in the house that seemed to serve the same purpose and joined them in the yard, even making the same sound effects that they were.... along with her "bebe" for added protection!
